Drilex now offers a complete down-hole motor for sacrificial or single run use. This is not a used or refurbished motor. Instead, it is a new manufactured motor designed specifically to be used in a disposable application or drilling program where the bottom hole assembly (BHA) can be left in the well. The Drilex sacrificial motor consists of the following features:
- Top Sub with Box Thread
- Rotor Safety Catch
- Multi-lobe Power Section
- Flex Coupling with Straight Housing
- Bearing Assembly with built-in Lower Safety Catch
- Output Shaft with Integral Bit Box
Drilex Sacrificial Motors are made to perform for a one time run and are ideal for ‘drilling with production tubing’ programs. Running a Drilex sacrificial motor at the bottom of production tubing saves time and money by eliminating the need to trip out a drill string
Each Sacrificial Motors is manufactured and fully assembled at the Drilex facility in Tomball, Texas. The Drilex sacrificial motor has been used extensively in the field and has a proven track record of reliable performance. They are rugged enough for extended drilling times yet are economical for disposable use.

- 2-7/8”
- 3-1/8”
- 3-3/8”
- 3-1/2”
- 6-1/4”
